Scientists recently completed an interesting study on the effects of aspartame, which they published in the International Journal of Impotence Research.
After feeding a group of rat’s aspartame and comparing them with a group of clean rats, scientists observed an immediate shocking effect on the sperm quality of the aspartame-fed rats.
Their sperm moved less and were abnormal and misshapen. These rats also showed defects in the structure of their testes.
Although this study didn’t focus specifically on ED, these results indicate aspartame may directly cause it.
Previous studies have proven that aspartame lowers testosterone level and libido, which directly leads to ED.
Bottom line: avoid diet sodas and other things including aspartame.
