Naturally Heal Hemorrhoids (more effective than surgery)Most people are concerned about hemorrhoidal surgery and prefer that their hemorrhoids go away without the painful and difficult process of strangling them with rubber bands.

And for good reason, as these therapies can cause serious complications.

A new study published in the Journal of American Science therefore comes as good news. Because it shows how simple, easy, natural approaches can eliminate hemorrhoids without side effects.

The researchers recruited 90 patients from several hospitals who had complained of hemorrhoids. Their aim was to discover whether diet, hygiene, and exercise could improve hemorrhoid symptoms compared with whatever the patient did as a treatment before visiting the hospital.

They gave their subjects four interviews and questionnaires to obtain their demographic information, lifestyle habits, levels of physical exercise, diets, bowel vacation habits, hemorrhoid sizes and symptoms, levels of pain, and the absence or presence of blood in their stool.

They divided their subjects into two groups: a group that received dietary and hygiene advice to practice for a month, and a group that received a Kegel exercise sheet in addition to the dietary and hygiene recommendations.

After a month, they repeated the interviews and questionnaires to ascertain whether the participants’ symptoms had improved, or the hemorrhoids had shrunk.

They found a significant improvement in both groups, but the program that included the Kegel exercises was by far the most effective.

Their dietary advice included the standard recommendations of drinking plenty of water while increasing fiber intake. This helps to promote bowel movements while simultaneously softening the stool.

Since constipation and hard straining during bowel movements are two of the primary causes of hemorrhoids, this advice is sensible, and it is obvious why it works.

The hygiene advice followed by their subjects included a daily sitting session in lukewarm water, the dampening of toilet paper before wiping themselves after a bowel movement (since hard dry paper adds further irritation and pain), and the recommendation to vacate their bowels only once a day for no more than two to three minutes with a minimum of straining.

The effectiveness of the Kegel exercises is the big discovery of this study.

Kegel exercises involve the strengthening of your pelvic floor muscles. These muscles control your bladder, rectal, and vaginal regions. They run from the base of your spine to your pubic area.

This shows that there’s no need to undertake a dangerous surgery or rubber band therapy to heal hemorrhoids. You just need to follow the right procedure for a few days. You can find the best natural procedures to completely cure hemorrhoids here…
