As many as two thirds of the occurrences of heart attack in the world could be prevented without needing medication, a new Finish study following 20,000 people recently proved.
Simply making changes such as limiting alcohol consumption to 2 per day and riding a bike or walking to work can reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack caused by chronic hypertension by 66%.
Researchers in Finland following 20,000 participants, roughly 9,000 men and 11,000 women who didn’t have high blood pressure at the start of the study, tracked diet and other lifestyle choices over a period of several years, noting which participants developed problems.
Those that didn’t practice moderation with food, alcohol, or sedentary behavior were more than 66% more likely to develop hypertension and suffer stroke or heart attack.

I don't drink alcohol, but I do walk a lot every day. Unfortunately there is more to it than this. My blood pressure is usually borderline at 139/85 although on a rare occasion it's optimal at 115/65. This is in spite of the fact that I take taurine (8 g./day), English hawthorne standardised extract.
(450 mg./day), idebenone (This is the analogue of CoQ10 at a dose of 180 mg./day), etc. For years my BP was normal, but in the last year or so.
it has usually been borderline. My stress level has always been high and so, this isn't the reason. Ze'ev Ben-Dror, C.C.N., [email protected] Ken Kalcheim is my American name and Ze'ev Ben-Dror is my Israeli name.
I have high blood pressure for 8 years,i control it by drugs. Guide me, thanku

One is written by a Canadian physician who enthusiastically encourages us to take K2 (MK7) to assist with so many areas of life. This is important in keeping calcium in the bones and out of the blood where it causes problems.
Most K2 (MK7) runs about 100-120 mcg and for this version that is a useful dose.
Yes, do move the body and help it keep moving with K2 (MK7)
Try a handfull of blueberries everyday and a moderate amount of exercise (I skip for about 3 minutes but a walk may do the trick) for about two weeks. Its not a complete cure and blueberries arent cheap, but its certainly dropped my pressure by about 15 points.
