• Enzymes like glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase increased, reducing oxidative stress.
• Participants reported better digestion and reduced constipation.

There were no major changes in triglycerides, HDL (“good”) cholesterol, or blood pressure, but the overall benefits were substantial.
