You see, spinach has a high acidity level. When cooked, the acid is removed and what’s left is a sweeter tasting, pure power bomb.
How to prepare cooked spinach:
Fill up a big pot with water and bring to boil on high heat. Put a pack of raw spinach into the boiling water and let it boil uncovered for one minute. Drain the water and press lightly on the spinach to get as much water out as possible.
It’s ready. You can enjoy the spinach like this or add it to many other recipes.
Note that the water left is very acidic and therefore should be discarded and not used for other purposes.
