This Plant Eases MS Muscle StiffnessMuscle stiffness and spasms make everyday life tough for multiple sclerosis (MS) patients.

But a new study in Multiple Sclerosis Journal – Experimental, Translational and Clinical reveals a natural plant treatment that actually helps.

Many patients experienced life-changing improvements after using this plant.

Researchers from Tehran University of Medical Sciences reviewed 31 studies, including six high-quality clinical trials.

They focused on one plant compound used in Europe and Canada for MS-related spasticity.

And here’s what they found…

● Patients using this treatment reported a 1.41-point drop in muscle stiffness on the MS Spasticity Rating Scale. A meaningful improvement.

● Another test, the Ashworth Scale, also showed improvement, though a bit smaller (0.39-point reduction).

● Some studies showed strong results, while others were mixed—likely due to differences in study design and patient selection.

And the treatment? Cannabis-based medicine.

Specifically, nabiximols—an oral spray containing THC and CBD—was the most studied and widely approved option.

Why does it work?

Cannabinoids interact with the nervous system, helping to calm overactive nerve signals that cause muscle tightness.

Not every MS patient responds the same way, but for many, it’s a game-changer. Pairing it with gentle stretching and exercise can make the benefits even better.

But if you want to stop your MS progression in the track, even reverse it, you must make a few more lifestyle changes explained here…
