The missing enlarged prostate link discoveredDoctors struggle to come up with a cure for enlarged prostate. In their search, they focus on … well, the prostate … makes sense, right?

Actually NO, it doesn’t make sense, says a new study in Foods.

The key to healing an enlarged prostate lies in targeting a neighboring organ and recruiting trillions of tiny transformers from there to treat your enlarged prostate.

This tackles the root cause of an enlarged prostate, shrinks it down, and, maybe most impressively, boosts your testosterone levels 95%.

But how? It all boils down to adding one type of common food to your plate.

Researchers explored whether probiotics, known for improving gut health, could also benefit the prostate. Using cutting-edge 3D models, they simulated how probiotics interact with the gut and the prostate.

The probiotics studied included two strains: Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium psychraerophilum.

Here’s what they discovered:

Inflammation Plummets: Probiotics lowered key inflammation markers (IL-6 and IL-10) by fivefold.

Oxidative Stress Reduces: Probiotics cut reactive oxidative species (which damage cells) sixfold.

Hormones Improve: Testosterone and serotonin levels rose by nearly 95%, essential for prostate health.

Prostate Cell Function Restores: Probiotics helped normalize cell growth and hormone levels, tackling one root cause of an enlarged prostate.

Among these, B. longum is readily available as a supplement. While B. psychraerophilum isn’t commercially accessible yet, it can be obtained from probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, kefir, and fermented vegetables.

This study is especially interesting for me because I’ve been helping men heal their prostate for decades and one of the key elements they use is improving their gut bacteria.

Taking probiotics is a good beginning, but it’s not enough to completely reverse an enlarged prostate.

The quickest and easiest way to shrink your enlarged prostate for good is to make a few simple diet and lifestyle changes explained here…
