ED Healed Using Simple Exercises (better than drugs)Millions of men all over the world are taking Viagra, Cialis, or testosterone therapy to try to combat their ED.

A new study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, however, reveals a much safer, more effective way to permanently heal ED naturally.

The core objective of the research was to assess the impact of aerobic exercise on erectile function. Aerobic exercise involves activities like running and cycling that utilize large muscle groups and gets your heart racing and your blood flowing.

The researchers conducted a systematic review of already-published studies that evaluated the effects of aerobic exercise on erectile function using the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-EF) scores.

They meticulously analyzed data from 11 randomized controlled trials, the type of study that is the gold standard of scientific research.

Altogether, a total of 1,100 participants were divided into two groups: one engaging in prescribed aerobic exercise and the other serving as a control group with no exercise plan.

The exercise group involved 600 men who were asked to perform 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise three to five times a week.

The results were eye-opening.

1. There was a significant improvement in the IIEF-EF scores for the aerobic exercise group compared to the control group. The former improved their IIEF-EF scores by an average of 2.8 points.

2. The impact was more pronounced in men with lower IIEF-EF scores, showing improvements of 2.3, 3.3, and 4.9 points for mild, moderate, and severe erectile dysfunction, respectively.

3. Participants who received Viagra or Cialis showed an improvement of four to eight points on the IIEF-EF scale.

4. Those on testosterone treatment improved by just two points.

5. Unlike these medications, aerobic exercise was associated with no side effects and also benefited other health aspects such as obesity, cardiovascular health, and diabetes.

The clinical implications of this study are profound. Healthcare providers should recommend regular aerobic exercise as a low-risk, nonpharmacologic therapy for men experiencing erectile difficulties.
