How TV Causes Your High Blood Pressure (watch what you watch)According to a new study, watching TV can be lethal. Yes, if done in the wrong way, it triggers the #1 killer of mankind today… high blood pressure!

But you can watch TV in a different way, and it has no danger. Or you can make up for it with another easy activity.

The new study from Universities of Zaragoza (Unizar) and São Paulo (Brazil) revealed that children who watch more than two hours of TV per day have 30% increased risk of high blood pressure. This most likely applies to adults as well.

Furthermore, by exercising less than an hour per day, the children added another 50% likelihood of developing high blood pressure.

So watching two hours of TV and not exercising, more than doubled their risk of high blood pressure.

The researchers based their analysis on numbers from another study including 5,221 participants from eight European countries, followed for two years.

The good news is that if the children exercised for more than an hour, the risk of long TV-watching was reversed somewhat.

So the conclusion is that exercise is the best way to burn off high blood pressure. That applies to children and adults equally.
