You’ll never guess what it is (at least, I don’t think you will).
But there’s this thing your body needs every day – and if you have enough of it, you can burn away that fat.
Easily (hint: it’s not exercise). Without any side effects. Not even a little bit.
This might sound like magic. But it’s not even close to that – instead, this is based on sound biochemical principles that work for you to eliminate body fat.
Our health depends a lot on what and how we do things. It can be affected by small things like postures and big issues like infection, poor diet or inflammation.
Oxygen therapy is used both for medical purposes and as a healthy option. In some countries, it is gaining popularity as a weight loss program. The theory behind oxygen therapy is this: the fat in the body is essentially made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. By adding more oxygen to the system, the fat components get converted to water or carbon dioxide.
For the treatment, patients either receive the oxygen through a mask strapped around the nose or intravenously. The intravenous procedure is considered to be more effective at delivering oxygen to the body.
However, it isn’t as simple or straightforward as that. In fact, the therapy should be taken regularly for a prolonged time to show success. And most importantly, it works best when it is combined with other lifestyle changes including a healthy diet, plenty of exercise and rest.
You don’t have to depend on oxygen therapies to achieve weight loss. There are many breathing techniques that can provide the same effect at virtually no cost. All you need to do is spend 10 to 20 minutes every day practicing breathing.
There’s a scientifically sound weight loss method that is based on the exact same concept as oxygen therapy – but requires only your body (nothing else).
Since we lose weight through our breathing, not only sweat and going to the bathroom, we need to breathe harder to lose more CO2 and moisture, We need to control our portion size, otherwise the maths doesn't work.
This also explains why exercising outside is so much healthier (especially in nature) than inside. I ditched the gym and mostly go for walk in the forest and have much more energy.
We also get rid of a lot of toxics through our exhale. So breathing in and breathing out is just as important.
There was a technique I used to use that one deeply inhaled, let it out quickly, then hold your breath at the count of 8 while in an exercise mode. Just touching your toes is one. That may be the idea behind it too. I’ll have to try it more often now. Thanks for the article, very interesting…and agree, walking outdoors is an excellent way too.
