High blood pressure used to be a condition that was considered something for only seniors or people with other diseases.

However, surprising research from the World Health Organization highlights unsettling blood pressure and blood glucose trends in a recent study.

Findings by the World Health Organization reveal that almost 30% of men over 25 have high blood pressure and about 25% of women do, too. This problem was once considered trouble for only the older population, but recent trends are showing it to be affecting younger and younger people.

At least 10% of men and women over the age of 25 are also showing a problem with high blood sugar. Once completely unheard of decades ago, high blood sugar and the resulting type 2 diabetes are starting to affect groups who haven’t even hit 30 years old yet.
