Excess body fat interferes with the health of your mouth, a team of scientists from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine discovered.
In this study, 31 adults with obesity were examined for a battery of oral health indicators –half of which later underwent gastric bypass surgery.
Those that lost weight using gastric bypass improved the health of their gums –while those that maintained their weight saw no improvement.
The scientists note that obesity’s ability to boost inflammation levels may be a driving force behind fat’s ability to hurt oral health.

not to bad.
mmmmmmmm
I incorporate a lot of breathing techniques and am slowly but steadily taking in walks, though the environment and roads are far from walkable, I take it with the Lords prayer to know it all will work out in the end. The result is that I am a health practitioner with Energy healing and have always emphasized the breathing and reflex points work out to release stress and bring in more oxygen. I was with Conybio and still have their tshirs which release oxygen from sweat, especially if we sweat excessively.
Just sharing Christian.
You struck a chord when I chanced upon your post.
Keep up the good work.
