Today, raw-food expert Natasha Michael teaches you how to make yummy Raw Mango soup.

Ingredients: Mango, Cucumbers, Lime Juice, Coriander, Onions, Sea Salt

Directions:

1) Blend together Mango, Cucumbers and Lime Juice

2) Add Coriander and Onions and pulse it lightly (don’t blend completely)

3) Put into refrigerator for 2 hours to chill it well.

Sprinkle a little bit of salt on top and enjoy.
