Living a healthy life is not rocket science. You don’t have to drive miles to buy organic (although it’s good) or take a thousand different herbal formulas. For most of us, we can drastically improve our health paying just a little attention to our diet and lifestyle.
Reduce sugar consumption and eat more greens and fruits. Pace around while on the phone and take the stairs. Sure, it won’t take your waist line from 48 to 32 in a week but it does beat a plan that is never fulfilled.

My problem is sugar, for sure, that is why I can not even lose whigt, but I am going to stop using alot of sugar now.
