While researchers trod endlessly forward in the search for a cure for Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, the sad truth is that within most of our lifetimes, we won’t see it.
That makes preventing the occurrence of onset much more important.
But how do you prevent something from happening when the exact mechanism for its cause is so elusive?
Perhaps it isn’t entirely, though.
Researchers at UC Davis recently scanned the brains of study participants in their 30s and 40s, and what they found was unsettling to say the least. However, it does offer a good lesson in blood pressure health.
For decades, research scientists have found that having high blood pressure puts people at severely heightened risk of developing literally hundreds of other diseases.
The UC Davis scientists found that the damaging effects high blood pressure on arterial walls causes unhealthy and dangerous limits on the amount of oxygen getting to the brain. With diminished oxygen, the brain AGES prematurely, leading to dementia-related diseases.
Drugs to reduce blood pressure carry side effects, and that can cause damage, too.
Eliminate high blood pressure immediately, without drugs, the using 3 easy blood pressure exercises…
Thanks for this report. Could you cite where you get your information from? It would make it easier to pass the knowledge on to others. No need to make it academic, just say where the research was published. Thanks 🙂
Alzheimers — could blood pressure tablets be a contributory factor to Alzheimers because these tablets are partly diarrhetic, which causes water to be flushed out of and around the blood vessels, leading to severely dehydrated people, and when the brain is dehydrated, mental and motor problems ensure. This dehydration could, incidentally, lead to higher blood pressure as the blood thickens because of lack of water in the body to regulate it. As people age, the dosage increases typically for those taking blood pressure tablets. This may well be because the older people get, the less water they consume because of the less exercise they do. So they are dehydrated. With blood pressure tablets acting as a diarrhetic ‘to help thin the blood’, all this could contribute to Alzeimers.
So drink plenty of water — 2 litres a day — and take 1/2 teaspoon of natural sea salt or Himalayan pink salt (NOT table salt) to replace lost minerals. Getting up and using the toilet will keep your muscles active so you should not worry about the bother of going to the toilet. That’s why you have a toilet — to use it!
And get off the blood pressure pills — reduce your stress and reduce the blood pressure. Do the meditation exercises recommended, do a bit of exercise, change your diet to a really healthy one, consciously make the effort to be positive and happy, and the stress of life will reduce as will the blood pressure.
When I lived in London back n the eighties I was given a book to read it was written in 1938 the first study on alzheimers.it did not have a name in those days,,it was clear to the author that Aluminum was the cause of this disease .Many health care profesenals here in the united states believe this to be true, the book went in to all the other conditions influenced by putting a non conductive metal in your body. It’s about electrics .

It’s about electrics . How do you remove aluminum from some ones brain. If you look at the illnesses that aluminum workers in factories suffer from ,it was explained in the book from 1938 .more clearly than anything I have read since.
I have often wondered if they might have it backwards on Alzheimers. What if people were having trouble with circulation as the result of Alzheimers and the body increased blood pressure in an effort to get more blood and oxygen to the brain? Also what effect does water fluoridation have Alzheimers? I understand that they find aluminum in the brains of Alzheimer's patients. Fluoride is a byproduct of the aluminum refining process, so the two items have an affinity for each other. Just saying that the high blood pressure might not be a cause but rather a symptom!
I believe chlorella takes heavy metal out of the body. It’s not quick . On another angle, just got diagnoses with acromegaly and this causes HTN and hopefully once the surgery is done the HTN will go away. Apparently, 17-25% of the population have acromegaly and lots are not diagnose. That is a cause of HTN and nobody talks about it. Correct me if I’m wrong.
I meant to say it seems to me, HTN is not always about stress.
