Is This The Real Cause Of High Blood Pressure After All?The sad fact about high blood pressure is that as happy as doctors are to prescribe medications for it, they have absolutely no idea what causes it.

Yes, they may give you buzz words such as narrow arteries, high cholesterol, genetics, overweight, salt, out of shape … buzz, buzz, buzz!

But when pressed harder, scientists are actually clueless.

Now, however, a new study from the University of Birmingham reveals an amazingly simple cause of high blood pressure … leading to an even simpler natural cure.

I’ve long been a big fan of blaming stress for most cases of high blood pressure.

The problem is that it’s so difficult to measure stress.

Yes, we all know emotional stress and even mental stress. But less understood are other types of stress.

If you get the common flu (or any other disease), your body suffers physical stress. Same goes with air pollution.

Loud traffic noise, fast moving crowd … these have been proven to cause sensual stress and raise blood pressure.

These different types of stress raise different types of stress hormones. When added up, they cause high blood pressure and other physical and mental issues.

Oftentimes, it’s easiest to get clear conclusions when we’ve serious conditions. So the Birmingham study focused on people suffering with Conn syndrome.

This syndrome has been known to increase a stress hormone called aldosterone, which is credited with about 10% of all high blood pressure cases.

To lower aldosterone and blood pressure, doctors prescribe ACE inhibitors. Usually with very little success.

The Birmingham study, however, found that Conn syndromers also had high cortisol levels (another common stress hormone). And the combination of the two stress hormones was really what skyrocketed their blood pressure level.

And that was really the reason no one drug could help a lot.

So, to lower your blood pressure, you need a method that takes on the underlying causes of stress. And therefore lowers all types of stress hormones.

This is exactly what our easy blood pressure exercises do. And why they’ve been so successful at curing people’s blood pressure—often the very first day.
