Surprising Cause of Arthritis Discovered (and cure)You’ve probably read several articles connecting diet, strenuous work and genetics to arthritis. And these are all contributing factors.

But a new study from Harvard, published recently in the journal Arthritis Care & Research reveals a very different cause of arthritis. And this one, you can definitely do something about.

The Harvard team consulted the Nurses’ Health Study II, a study that had already collected huge amounts of medical information on tens of thousands of women between 1989 and 2011. They asked 54,224 of these women to complete a Trauma Questionnaire and an assessment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms.

When they compared the people who had experienced the most trauma and PTSD symptoms over these 22 years with the people who developed rheumatoid arthritis during this same period, they found a considerable overlap.

Not only did the data reveal that people with PTSD were more likely than the general population to suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, but it also showed that the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis increased along with the number of PTSD symptoms from which the women suffered.

This is not surprising as rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease and stress has repeatedly been proven to wreak havoc on one’s immune system.

The good news is that following the simple step-by-step strategy found here, almost everyone can completely reverse their arthritis naturally…
