Your Location Causes High Blood Pressure in Weird WayResearchers in Canada have discovered what could be one of the weirdest factors in why your blood pressure is too high. And it has more to do with where you live than how you live.

How can this be? Especially when so many studies point to high blood pressure being caused by lifestyle factors.

In a 10-year study looking at over 2,000 people, researchers at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences compared data markers from the Canadian Community Health Survey.

They looked at a variety of factors that contribute to high blood pressure, and after factoring out health issues like disease, smoking, genetics, and so on, they found a startling (and somewhat strange) factor to be responsible for high blood pressure in many.

We have heard many times that with buying and selling real estate, the 3 most important factors are “location, location, location.” As it turns out, it’s pretty important for health, too.

In the study, the researchers found that people who live in areas that are far away from community services like markets, theatres, and other destinations (say, in suburbs) are at a much higher risk of having high blood pressure than their downtown counterparts.

The key factor in the difference seems to point to whether or not people have to drive to get to their everyday destinations like work or groceries.

In fact, people in the study who lived in communities where they could walk to most of what they need were at a 54% lower risk of developing high blood pressure than people who live in un-walkable areas.

This points to yet more proof that getting at least 2 and a half hours of walking in each and every week can help eliminate high blood pressure and other health problems.

But there is a simpler way to lower your blood pressure even if you can’t walk to work or shopping. The secret lies in these 3 easy exercises guaranteed to bring your blood pressure below 120/80 – as soon as today…
