Yogurt:

Why is chia seed never mentioned in articles like this? Chia has more potassium than a banana, better more absorbable calcium than milk, a good balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6, is a complete protein, and lots more.

The only thing we don't eat/drink is the red wine
Since red wine is prepared out of red grapes and if you can access organically grown red grapes as nature made it then they would be more ideal to consume. Cheers! :o)
