Guess what's the best exercise to beat Type 2 diabetes? (one of these exercises really helps)What if I told you that there is a type of exercise that is particularly effective at treating Type 2 diabetes?

Wouldn’t you want to know what kind of exercise it is?

Well, such an exercise regime does exist, and I’ll tell you what it is shortly, but first keep this in mind: beating Type 2 diabetes means learning about every weapon you can use against it. It’s about using what you know to your advantage.

The research team conducted 14 trials involving 915 patients to study the effect of aerobic exercises, resistance training and the combination of these two regimes on lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and body fats.

Aerobic exercises involve those like brisk walking, jogging and swimming. Resistance training involves the many types of gym exercises like weight lifting or using gym machines. Resistance training has to do with muscle toning and strengthening.

The study revealed that for those patients who already had diabetes, aerobic exercises were a more effective way to lower blood sugar than resistance training.

However, a combination of aerobic exercises and resistance training was more useful than either of them in controlling blood sugar, blood pressure and body weight while also increasing the level of good cholesterol.

The researchers took into account only those results in which the exercises were supervised, thus increasing the validity of the study.

So, what are you waiting for? You can make your body fit and also keep your blood pressure and diabetes under control through simple and pleasurable activities like jogging and swimming combined with a few hours in the gym every week!
