Why Is Arthritis IncreasingAccording to a recent report by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention the number of Arthritis sufferers in United States is increasingly growing.

The alarming numbers show that the number of arthritis cases increased by as much as one million per year. But the studies that reveal why arthritis is on the rise, also shed light on how it can be completely healed.

In a currently conducted study, survey researchers found out that 22 % of adults (half of which were older than 65 years) had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Of this group, 43.2 % suffered arthritis attributable activity limitation (AAAL ). As much as 71.8 % of them reported to be in poor health and 61.4 % disabled and unable to work.

According to the report, 54.6 % of arthritis sufferers also developed a cardiovascular disease while 54.4 % suffered from type 2 diabetes.

Or to flip the coin over… nearly half of the patients with heart disease and type 2 diabetes reported Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Taking into consideration the numbers of this survey, we can obviously conclude that cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis are closely related.

But why?

The answer to this question is much simpler than you might think. All of these diseases are triggered by exactly the same causes: unhealthy diet and lifestyle, the lack of exercise, and stress.

It’s been proven in numerous studies that stress negatively affects our health and well being. Stress is the number one reason of high blood pressure, immune disorders and various other health conditions.

However, it’s also been known that type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, as well as arthritis, can be easily cured and managed with proper diet and other lifestyle changes.

Physical activity plays a vital role in treating these conditions. It helps our bodies flush toxins, improve blood circulation, blood vessel elasticity and the most important- to release stress.

The bottom line is, what works for one condition improves all!

If you suffer any of these conditions there is no need to give up, become physically “disabled” or start using heavy and dangerous medication.

For many years, we’ve been successfully helping and educating people how to manage and heal these health conditions without pills and medications.
