Which easy-to-find produce staple that comes in a variety of colors, flavors and shapes has the power to nourish your body so fully that eating them can drop your blood pressure without having to change anything else in your diet?

We have heard from the time we are little that fruits and vegies make us strong and healthy. This is true, but some fruits are more powerful than others at bringing us good health- and can even lower blood pressure.
Data from the National Health and Nutrition study that was started in 2008 shows that grapes, no matter what form they are in or what color they are, have amazing nutritive properties.
They are packed with potassium, vitamins A and C, vitamin B6, fiber, and calcium.
The study showed that people who eat grapes and/or raisins or drank fresh grape juice have better health than those who don’t.
The antioxidants in grapes- polyphenols- have been shown to reduce the buildup of fat in the body, leading to healthier arteries and lower blood pressure.
So can adding grapes change your life?
The study says it can, as it found people who included grapes in their diets are found to be much more likely to make healthier food choices overall.

It is harvest time in Napa Valley. I’m the lucky tour guide who gets to go up there 2-3 x a week. You can bet that I get my share of wine grapes off the vine. I tell my tourists to do likewise but they are very hesitant to pick and eat them. Strange isn’t it? The idea of the grape cure goes back in Europe to the roman times. The idea is to simply eat nothing but grapes for weeks. That means right now when the harvest is beginning. Does this idea work?

How do you handle the pesticide content. How to remove and get rid of different pesticides, fungicides safely and surely
Dear Ajay:
I think the best way to make sure the berries are pesticide-free is to buy them organic. You might have to pay a little extra but it is worth it! Like that you know that you are eating “clean” chemical free and healthy product.
If I buy fruits that are not organic, I make sure I soak them in a cold water for a while and wash them very well. Sometimes I even spray a little bit of Food grade hydrogen peroxide 3% and then wash them well with water..
If everything you say is true, why the the medical community support it and engourage all their patients to do the same? You accuse the medical community of being concerneed more with the monetary aspect of medicine than the healing side. Isn’t that the same thing you are doing. What are the ecercise that you consider so important and beneficial, but you won’t disclose them unless you benefit monetarily from it.
