Laughter for High Blood PressureTackling health issues like high blood pressure most often requires engaging in activities you wouldn’t consider fun.

Your doctor will ask you to restrict majority of the food that you love to eat and then sweat yourself soaking in the gym or on the track.

A brand new study, however, reveals one simple method that immediately lowers blood pressure up to 10 points. What’s more, it doesn’t cost a dime and EVERYONE will enjoy it.
What’s more, you can use this method almost anytime, anywhere.

In a recent study conducted by Osaka University in Japan and presented at the meeting of the American Heart Association in Atlanta, researchers looked at the results of two common, everyday activities in which Americans engage:

1) laughter
2) listening to or playing music.

These two activities, which are largely free (or at least very inexpensive), have been shown to drop systolic (the number on top) blood pressure by as much as 10 points, even after only a few minutes of the activity.

Listening to relaxing music, or that to which you can sing along, is something you can do on your commute in the car or on the train. The ear phones and buds made today are getting so far advanced that they cancel out completely ambient noise, creating a music-only experience (don’t use ear buds while driving though). This is by far the easiest way to lower blood pressure naturally.

And spending time with positive friends who make you laugh, listening to the comedy station on the satellite radio, or even looking over funny photos on social media sites can have the same effect.

The study saw not only that blood pressure improved for participants who attended regular music and laugh therapy sessions, but the health of the linings of their blood vessels also improved by an average of 7%.

This is yet another proof that not only can high blood pressure be cured by relieving emotional, mental or physical stress, the harm done to the arteries can also be reduced.

Laughing and listening to (and singing along) nice music may not be enough to completely cure high blood pressure. But this is the exact principal that our extremely effective blood pressure exercises are based on.

For years I’ve witnessed over and over again how my clients drop their blood pressure below 120/80 within a week. Sometimes even the very first day! And now we know that in addition, artery damage is reversed.
