A diet that contains antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables can improve blood pressure, a review paper published in this month’s Journal of the Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine reports.
Although scientists have long understood that consumption of fresh fruits and veggies reduced hypertension it was commonly thought that the potassium found within produce was responsible for their blood pressure lowering effects.
However, this paper notes that several animal and test tube studies have shown that antioxidants help relax blood vessels and combat the free radicals that can cause blood pressure to increase.
A sure-fire plan to drop high blood pressure…

Have you got any information on what a person who stops breathing every so often while sleeping. I hear they have to wear some sort of breathing apparatus when they go to bed. I thought if you know anything about that and if you know of an exercise they can do, I sure would like to hear about it. Thanking you in advance.
Sincerely,
Thelma Asato.
