Several studies throughout the years have proven that food high in potassium citrate drastically lowers blood pressure.

A study from St. George’s Medical School in London, published in the journal Hypertension took group of people averaging hypertension of 151/93. After two weeks on potassium citrate, their blood pressure had dropped down to 138/88 on the average.
