As with most things, it is not wise to focus on one particular thing, it is BALANCE that is important, in this case, the balance between omega 3 and omega 6.
That being said, western diets tend to be heavy on omega 6 so there is often good reason to top up omega 3 levels, but be cautious and don’t think that large doses of omega 3 will solve all of your problems.
