They also trigger <strong>inflammation<\/strong>, worsening joint pain and damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are ultra-processed foods?<\/strong><br \/>\nThese are industrially manufactured products packed with preservatives, flavor enhancers, artificial colors, and sweeteners. They\u2019re designed to be convenient and addictive but often lack nutrients. Examples include:<\/p>\n<dl>\n<dd>\n&#8226;\tMargarine and heat-and-eat sauces.<br \/>\n&#8226;\tFrozen foods and ready-to-eat meals.<br \/>\n&#8226;\tInstant noodles, chips, candies, and desserts.<br \/>\n&#8226;\tSweetened cereals, soft drinks, and energy drinks.\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p>The good news is that you can reverse all this damage and reverse knee arthritis in the process.
