It affects the inner ear&#8217;s balance system.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The new study compared three groups:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#45; <strong>Traditional vestibular exercises.<\/strong> Focuses on eye and head movements to retrain the inner ear balance system.<\/p>\n<p>&#45; <strong>New combined exercises.<\/strong> Uses traditional vestibular exercises. Adds body awareness training to help patients sense their body&#8217;s position in space.<\/p>\n<p>&#45; <strong>No exercises<\/strong> (control group)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Results:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Combined exercise group\u2026<\/p>\n<p>1. Showed the biggest improvements in balance and posture.<\/p>\n<p>2. Had better body awareness and movement sensitivity.<\/p>\n<p>3.
