This gap is most significant in Central South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n<p>3.\t<strong>Income and Activity<\/strong>: Inactivity is higher in wealthier countries. 37% in high-income countries compared to 16% in low-income nations. In wealthier countries, sedentary work is more common. Lower-income nations see more manual labor.<\/p>\n<p>4.\t<strong>Regional Differences<\/strong>: Latin America, the Caribbean (39%), high-income Western countries (37%), and high-income Asian countries (36%) had the highest inactivity rates.<\/p>\n<p>5.\t<strong>Local Factors<\/strong>: Within countries, exercise levels depend on access to gyms, community sports programs, nature walks, and road infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>6.\t<strong>Urbanization Impact<\/strong>: Countries like China and Brazil saw lower physical activity levels and poorer health outcomes due to rapid urbanization and economic development.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<p>The good news?
