ANY discomfort in the upper body and extremities can be cause for concern.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nausea and vomiting \u2013 if you are going about your day feeling generally well and suddenly start vomiting, it\u2019s time to pay heed. Note how many times this occurs and contact your doctor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Sweating (when you normally don\u2019t). People usually sweat when they vomit or experience pain. If you have unexplained pain, nausea, and sweating together, get to the doctor immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Shortness of breath \u2013 If you haven\u2019t been working out or if sitting down doesn\u2019t give you any relief from shortness of breath, go to the ER.
