ANY discomfort in the upper body and extremities can be cause for concern. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>Nausea and vomiting<\/strong> \u2013 if you are going about your day, feeling generally well and suddenly start vomiting, it\u2019s time to pay heed. Note how many times this occurs and contact your doctor. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>Sweating<\/strong> \u2013 (when you normally don\u2019t). People usually sweat when they vomit or experience pain. But if you have pain, nausea, <em>and<\/em> sweating all lumped together, get to the doctor immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>Shortness of breath<\/strong> \u2013 If you haven\u2019t been working out, or sitting down doesn\u2019t bring any relief, go to the ER.
