Not only this, it\u2019ll happen 10 years earlier than the average person. <\/p>\n<p>Researchers examined the health information of 1,727 people who received treatment for heart attacks at South Yorkshire\u2019s regional specialist cardiothoracic center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The scientists analyzed patient information compared to non-smokers and discovered:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\tSmokers younger than 50 were 8.47 times more likely to suffer from a heart attack.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tSmokers between ages 50 and 65 were 5.2 times more likely to suffer from a heart attack, and those over 65 only 3.1 times.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tCurrent smokers were 10-11 years younger than former smokers or non-smokers when the heart attack struck.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tSmokers were twice as likely to have a history of coronary artery disease (blocked arteries).<\/p>\n<p>5.\tSmokers were three times more likely to suffer from peripheral vascular disease.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But since heart attacks is the most common cause of death worldwide, especially for people over 60, <a href=\"https:\/\/blueheronhealthnews.com\/health\/the-cholesterol-strategy-sl\/\">you must tackle the real underlying cause of one by cutting out this one ingredient you\u2019re unknowingly consuming\u2026<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>And if you have high blood pressure, <a href=\"https:\/\/blueheronhealthnews.com\/health\/blood-pressure-exercises-vsl\/\">lowering it, using these easy blood pressure exercises, is essential\u2026<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By now most people understand that this is harmful.
