The comparison group did not receive vine leaf extract.

The LDL cholesterol level of the rats that received the vine leaf extract dropped a whopping 37%!

More importantly, the vine leaf reduced the thickening and hardening of their heart arteries walls and the plaque buildup in their arteries.

Just imagine. If your LDL cholesterol level is 160 (considered high), taking a high dose of vine leaf extract could possibly bring it down to a healthy level of 100.

You’d have to take a very high dose. A 140 lb person would need about 30 grams of vine leaf extract per day.

Unfortunately, there are no human studies on the benefits of vine leaf extract for cardiovascular health. We’ll just have to assume that the rat study translates somewhat directly to humans.

There is, however, an even more effective method to completely rid your arteries of unhealthy cholesterol and plaque buildup.

Here are the exact steps I used to clear out 93% of my clogged arteries—all by cutting out just ONE ingredient…

There is a specific type of leaf that farmers usually throw away as a by-product.
