Remember that keeping your mind healthy is as important as keeping yourself physically fit. Daily spend some time in activities that engages and stimulates the mind. Solve puzzles, crosswords, or learn a new musical instrument or a new language to keep your mind active. To keep yourself physically fit, select an exercise regime that interests you.
