And it’s most dangerous for people under the age of 70.

Warfarin has become one of the most popular drugs to prescribe for people with serious heart disease who are at risk of the formation of blood clots. It is an anticoagulant, or blood thinner.

Most people are put on it permanently.

The researchers followed long-term Warfarin-takers over a period of six to eight years to investigate whether their risk of dementia increased.

They found that this was precisely the case. The longer patients remained on Warfarin, the more of them developed dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

The second alarming finding was that those with poorly controlled Warfarin doses, either too high or too low or simply erratic, were at an even higher risk than those prescribed appropriate amounts.

This is a problem because Warfarin essentially works by decreasing the amount of active vitamin K1 in your bloodstream. Because many other drugs and food types can also increase or decrease this vitamin, correct Warfarin doses can never be precisely calculated.

Finally, the study concluded that people under the age of 70 had the highest risk of dementia.

To avoid being put on Warfarin, you must gain optimal cardiovascular health naturally. That is, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure level.

Here are 3 easy exercises thousands of readers have used to drop their blood pressure below 120/80 – often the very first day…

And here is the exact step-by-step strategy I used to get my cholesterol under control and clear out my +93% clogged arteries…

The heart medicine in question is so common that you’ll almost definitely be prescribed it for the rest of your life if you have any kind of serious heart condition.
