In a 2002 study published in<em> Free Radical Biology and Medicine<\/em>, scientists found that green tea slows down the destruction of cartilage in patients with osteoarthritis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blueheronhealthnews.com\/health\/?page_id=603\">But green tea may not be enough to completely destroy arthritis.
