- Quick: As little as 9 minutes

I experienced profound results from the blood pressure program almost immediately. Within 4 days my blood pressure was down to almost normal. Thank you! After 30bp meds this is the FIRST thing that worked!!!
—Gwendolyn Knowlton, BSW, MEFTC, CLC, QMHP, South Bend, Indiana
I purchased your blood pressure programme 5 days ago and cant believe how quickly my ridiculously high bp came down. Today 108/68 Thank you
—Anna Langley, A Grateful Soul from London
I have been using your exercises for about 1 1/2 -2 months. I do them at 9:30-10pm at night and throughout the day while on the job. Before I started the program , my BP was 149/90. I just had my BP checked last week and it is 130/80...plus I lost 9lbs... Thank you for a healthy living and wonderful years with my family. God Bless and keep healthy
—Don Colicchio, Philadelphia
I am amazed and thrilled that my bp has fallen immediately since doing your exercises. I thought there was something wrong with my machine! Thank you so much.
—Jane Williams, Sydney, Australia
I have had extremely high B/P for many years and been on strong meds that barely controlled it for years. I began these exercises in April and about a month later my B/P had dropped so low that I began going off meds. I am now completely off. I am more shocked than anyone. This was not placebo effect since I had HOPED for some reduction in B/P but was dubious for even that. I never expected this. I can fully vouch for these exercises. They work. I have no idea how.
—Holly Robinson, LA
The Blood Pressure Program is the beginning of a new era in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Numerous studies from the most respected institutes recognize the benefits of mind-body exercises for people with high blood pressure.
Examples:
A study in the American Journal of Cardiology: Community-Based Mind–Body Meditative Tai Chi Program and Its Effects on Improvement of Blood Pressure… involved 300 men with high blood pressure. [1]
A study published in the American Journal of Hypertension: A Randomized Controlled Trial on Effects of the Transcendental Meditation Program on Blood Pressure… where 298 people participated. [2]
A mega-analysis published in the online library Wiley: The Effect of Mind-Body Exercise on Blood Pressure in Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Hypertension…, includes 30 international studies with a combined 2,277 participants. [3]
Christian Goodman’s blood pressure exercises are, however, the first mind-body exercises specifically designed for people with high blood pressure.
They target the part of the brain that controls blood pressure (called medulla oblongata) and focus on calming it down and deflate the pressure.
Combining traditional Eastern methods with cutting-edge Western scientific discoveries,
Christian…
- Consulted over 50 doctors, neuroscientists, and psychologists across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
- Learned from various mind-body masters, such as Christian Orthodox monks in Greece, a Sikh master from India, a Buddhist monk from Tibet, and a QiGong master in the USA.
- Drew on over three decades of experience as a health writer, researcher, and consultant.
From these complicated inputs, he created the simple Blood Pressure Exercises – so easy that almost anyone can benefit from them. Regardless of age or physical condition
And they take as little as nine minutes.
Just press PLAY and follow along as Christian guides through the exercises — nothing to learn, understand or master.
What’s Included:
Three simple mind-body blood pressure exercises on audio. Plus a detailed PDF explaining each. Follow along with the audio or read the PDF and learn the exercises without audio guidance.

Lifetime access: Return to the members area anytime and work the blood pressure program anytime at any pace.
I was a bit worried at first that using your audios might be too tricky for someone like me since I'm not very tech-savvy. But it was as easy as watching something on YouTube.
Right after I hit "complete order," I was already into the first exercise. In just a few days, my blood pressure was back to a healthy level.
—Harold Thompson, Los Angeles, California
The blood pressure exercises:
Exercise #1 Focused Walking or Tapping
(9 minutes – required)
Do this mind-body exercise standing or sitting.
Walk slowly or tap both knees in a specific rhythm, while repeating the words “LEFT” and “RIGHT” in the mind – following Christian’s audio directions.
The goal is to synchronize the medulla oblongata (the part of the brain that controls blood pressure) with the mind and body, prompting it to relax and monitor blood pressure more effectively.
This is the most powerful exercise in the program. Many people only use this one exercise.
I was pretty skeptical at first because the exercise seemed way too simple. But after just three minutes, a wave of calm came over me, and I was totally hooked. I've never felt anything like this before. My first thought was, "What just happened?" So I grabbed my monitor. I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t seen numbers that low in years.
—Michael Harris, Buffalo, New York
I chose tapping because my knees ache when I walk, and it turned out to be incredibly relaxing. I enjoyed it so much that when the nine minutes were up, I played it again right away. I've had high blood pressure for a long time, so it took a few days to get it where I wanted it, but it's stayed there ever since.
—Susan Mitchell, Boise, Idaho
Exercise #2 Emotional Release
(22 minutes – optional)
In this exercise, inhale and exhale as Christian leads you through an emotional shower, washing away a range of build-up emotions and trauma.
Everything from a minor argument to the deep pain of losing a loved one accumulates as unconscious stress in the body, which eventually leads to high blood pressure.
Breathe in and out, address each emotion, unwind the unconscious stress, and deflate the pressure – following Christian’s directions.
Some people do this emotional release exercise almost daily, while others do it once or twice.
Even skip it altogether and focus on exercise #1—free choice.
I know this is meant to be about my blood pressure—and thanks to Christian, mine is now healthy—but it's the inner calm and relaxation that I treasure the most. Those 20 minutes did more for me than 20 years of therapy ever did.
—Margaret Davies, Manchester, England
I didn't think I had any emotional tension or trauma, so I figured this exercise wasn't really for me and almost skipped it. But then I thought, why not give it a try? It turned out to be an amazing experience. After just one session, my blood pressure returned to healthy.
— Carlos Martinez, Miami, Florida
Exercise #3 – Deep Relaxation
(24 minutes – optional)
Lie down and relax as Christian guides through deeply calming step-by-step physical and mental relaxation.
This might seem like a typical relaxation technique at first. But pay attention to the cues and hints in the audio and realize it speaks directly to the deepest parts of the subconscious.
Use this exercise occasionally, skip it, or, like many others, play it every night as you fall asleep.
My wife and I love the deep relaxation exercise the most. We fall asleep to it every night and rarely make it to the end. I used to struggle with falling asleep and would often wake up during the night, but that almost never happens anymore. Sleep is so important for blood pressure and overall health. The funniest thing is that my blood pressure used to be highest in the morning, but now it’s always good when I wake up.
— James Franklin, Lubbock, Texas
I use this exercise once or twice a week when I’m feeling stressed or tired. It’s become my go-to instead of afternoon naps, and it’s way more relaxing and energizing. Just for fun, I sometimes check my blood pressure before and after, and it always drops quite a bit.
— Emily Rogers, Calgary, Canada

I was paying $746 a year in co-pays because of my lousy health insurance. But after doing your blood pressure exercises, my doctor took me off meds. That’s a huge savings on top of the life-changing benefits.
— Lisa Carter, Baltimore, Maryland
I had just spent $344 on blood pressure supplements that didn’t help at all. I was expecting to pay something similar for your exercises, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for not taking advantage of ordinary folks like us.
— Linda Thompson, Kansas City, Missouri
At first, I thought if you really cared about people, you wouldn’t charge for something like this—it should be free. So, I bought it with the intention of asking for a refund right away. But then I tried the exercises. My blood pressure dropped from life-threatening to borderline or better. Now, I feel like I owe you my life, not just the money.
— Robert Jenkins, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

A pep talk from Christian Goodman:
Is it outrageous to rationalize that if your brain controls your blood pressure, the best way to address it is through a brain-body connection, using mind-body exercises?
Is it a crazy suggestion that if someone could lower their blood pressure in the next few minutes, they would drastically reduce their risk of dying from a stroke or heart attack — today, tomorrow, or ever?
Put simply: is there any good reason not to try these blood pressure exercises right now?
I understand if you make the decission to close this page and never come back.
With all the scams out there, it’s difficult to know who to trust.
The fear of being taken advantage of is real. Especially when it comes to something as serious as high blood pressure.
Some people decide to walk away, even when staying could save their lives.
I sincerely hope you’ll find the courage to trust me, hit the order button below, and at least give these exercises a chance (get a refund if needed).
What drives you to live?
Being here, considering the blood pressure exercises (regardless of the decision) means you’re fighting to live.
Who do you love so much that the mere thought of them being hurt is heartbreaking?
Who loves you so much that the mere thought of you dying from a stroke or heart attack terrifies them to death?
Who will be overjoyed when you tell them…
“Look, my blood pressure is healthy now.”
The decision is yours and yours alone.
All I ask: make it quickly.
Because right now, today, and every single day, an estimated 21,000 people die from high blood pressure.
Many tragically decided they had time to deal with it tomorrow. They thought they could procrastinate another day.
They were wrong.
The silent killer strikes every four seconds.
While reading this sentence, someone is dying from high blood pressure.
Reading the next, another one dies.
Will it be you?
Is that a risk worth taking every four seconds – again and again – minute after minute – second after second?
If the risk of procrastinating is NOT worth taking – you can click the order button below now and could start benefiting within minutes.

Off of all medications after two months

Hello,
I am a female, 59 years of age. I have been suffering from high blood pressure, since my late forties. High blood pressure is in my family and I steadily needed to increase the dosage of my medicine.
I had two, Bistolic and and Olmetec. Fed up with the need to increase my medications,
I began researching other options for managing my high blood pressure. In my research I stumbled upon your website, and ordered the blood pressure exercises without hesitation (this is unusual for me).
I have been using your exercises for the last two months and do the biometric walking exercise religiously, the emotional release about 80% of the time and the relaxing exercise hardly ever.
Fast forward almost 2 months, I am off of all my medications, which I squarely contribute to doing the exercises you outlined.
So on this Thanksgiving day I want to say, “Thank you.”

I am pleased to report that I kept a record of my Blood Pressure readings over a month. Within 3 weeks of using the BP Program I lowered my BP from the very first reading of 158/86 to the final reading of 119/65. I am taking the results to my doctor today.
My daughter, Michele who has over 20 years experience in chiropractic with further qualifications in paediatrics, functional neurology, post graduate studies in nutrition, visceral manipulation and cold laser therapy, currently holds diplomate status of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. She was most interested in the BP program and was able to describe the neurological effect of the exercises.

I have downloaded the program two nights ago. Because it was at night, I went to bed and just started with the relaxation program before sleep. Next day, in the morning I did the number 1, walking at home.
On the same day I had an appointment with my Dr. for another reasons and I’ve told her about the program I’ve just bought. Also I’ve told her of my intention of slowly get rid of the tablets since I’ve saw they are not working anymore. So, she said she would be more than happy in helping me that way and here is the
news.
She decided to check my blood pressure and my blood pressure was….. *125 / 70 !!!!! * That was my blood pressure marks when I was 15 years old!!! ( I’m 61 now)
She, my Dr, started to laugh and she asked me the name of the program!! I’m telling you this because I think must be important for you to have the feedback of your clients.
I have to tell you that I’m a very healthy person and after menopause my only one problem was the blood pressure. I have not cholesterol or diabetes or any other kind of physical problems but the blood pressure. So , if I can keep it under control just with a bit of excersice and diet Voila! I’m more than happy!!
Thank for the bonus report! I’ll keep in touch.
- The one-time-charge for the program is only $49
- No repeated cost
- 100% no-question-asked, 60 days money back guarantee!
Questions and Answers :
I’ve tried meditation before, and it didn’t help.
A: Traditional meditation and mind-body exercises aren’t designed for people with high blood pressure. They usually focus on awareness and spirituality based on centuries-old practices. Christian Goodman’s mind-body exercises are specifically created for people with high blood pressure. He took the foundation of traditional meditation techniques and combined them with modern medical and neuroscience insights. That’s what makes them so effective.
Do I have to download anything?
A: No, simply stream the audios in the member’s area, just like watching online videos. Or download them to access offline. There is also an option to order a CD in the member’s area for just the cost of production.
I’m not computer savvy, can I use the blood pressure exercises?
A: Yes, just like reading this, access and use the exercises without a problem. Clicking “complete order,” automatically redirects to the member’s area – no password needed. There listen to the audios just like online videos.
Can I use a phone/tablet?
A: Yes, use any device with a browser (just like reading this).
Will this work for me?
A: I’d never claim that anything works for everyone. We have, however, a proven track record with thousands of people worldwide, both men and women, ages 18 to 96, who have had success with the blood pressure exercises. If, anyone, for any reason, isn’t 200% happy with the results, just contact our in-house customer service team for a full refund.
Can I keep on taking my medications?
A: Absolutely. Nobody should ever stop taking their medications without consulting their doctor. Most people continue with the mind-body exercises while taking their meds. Their doctor gradually reduces the dosage as their blood pressure improves until they no longer need the medication. This is the safest approach.
Will I have to buy anything else? Subscription?
A: Nope. We charge a low, one-time fee for the program, and for lifetime access. There’s nothing else to pay for — no subscriptions or extra purchases required.
I’m old and not physically fit—can I do the exercises?
Yes, the exercises require no physical effort, so anyone can do them, no matter their age or fitness level.
My mind isn’t as sharp as it used to be—can I do the exercises?
Just click PLAY and follow along. It’s very easy. As a bonus, many people also report feeling mentally sharper after doing the exercises.
Do I need to keep on doing the exercises after my blood pressure is healthy?
No, there is no need to. I always recommend sticking to them for a few more days but that’s it.
