Simple Exercise That Lowers Your Blood Pressure TodayToday, I’m going to teach you a simple, easy exercise that immediately improves your blood pressure.

Introduced by a Harvard professor in the 70s, this was an eye-opener for the Western world about high blood pressure and the mind/body connection.

Please don’t be put off by how simple and easy this exercise is. Anyone can learn and use it in less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Herbert Benson was mostly silenced by his peers regarding the simple blood pressure techniques he introduced to the Western world.

I say introduced, because his techniques were based on transcendental meditation, or TM, one of the simplest and easiest meditation methods.

The traditional medical system, of course, didn’t want to have anything to do with him because you can’t make money on people who sure themselves, opposing the cycle of prescribing drugs to chase after conditions.

Now let us dive right into his simple technique:

1) Sit comfortably in a quiet room. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

2) As you focus on your breathing, repeat in your mind a word or a short phrase that you feel is relaxing. Many people pick a sentence from a prayer or a holy word. But anything you feel relaxing can work.

3) Repeat your phrase slowly for 20 – 30 minutes, or whatever time frame you feel comfortable. The longer you do this, the more effective. As other thoughts come into your mind, don’t try to push them away but rather just focus on your phrase.

That’s it.

Doing this exercise, hopefully you’ll feel very relaxed and uplifted. You can take your blood pressure immediately after doing the exercise and most likely you will see a drop in your blood pressure.

Here is the downside:

Although Dr. Benson’s techniques were proven extremely effective, there are two major problems with them.

Problem 1 – they usually do not completely cure high blood pressure. You’ll most likely experience improvements, even drastic improvements, but even Dr. Benson said that it was only helpful as a combination with other techniques.

Problem 2 – even if the technique is extremely simple, it requires a lot of practice and discipline to do it well enough, for long enough, to be effective.

Throughout the years, I’ve helped thousands of people to cure their high blood pressure successfully.

Built somewhat on what Dr. Benson discovered, I designed my techniques to be easier to do and more effective than the traditional TM.

My blood pressure exercises are not meditation. You simply follow along as I guide you via audio. Therefore, there’s memorize and no discipline needed.

As all things evolve, my techniques are much more effective than the old TM.

I’ve taken all the best from the Eastern and the Western world and combined it into three easy exercises that take as little as 9 minutes per day.

The fact is, thousands of people have reported drastic improvements in blood pressure the very first day of using my exercises and complete cure within a week.
