This Common Oil Heals ArthritisBreakthrough research in the field of arthritis has given new hope to millions of people all over the world who are facing a battle with this painful disease.

A Swedish study looking at arthritis recently uncovered proof that a simple-to-find oil that may be the answer to preventing, and even healing the condition.

According to the lead author of a study out of Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Dr. Daniela Di Guisseppe, simple fish oil can mean the difference between whether or not a person will develop rheumatoid arthritis, or RA.

In her study, she looked at health markers in women for almost a decade, and found those that consumed the highest amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids from fish were the least likely to develop RA and other inflammatory process diseases.

The ‘protective effect,” as she referred to Omega 3’s impact on the body’s tissues, was proven in this recent study for the first time. Researchers had suspected that Omega 3 fatty acids were a major player in joint health and the inflammation process, but until now did not have conclusive evidence.

Omega 3 fatty acids, such as those you’d find in any fish oil capsule, are critical in the balance of fatty acids in the body. Most Western diets are overwhelmed with Omega 6 fatty acids, causing the ratio between Omega 6 to Omega 1 to be almost 20-1. It should only be about 2-1 at max, according to most experts.

When there is such an imbalance, inflammation runs unchecked, and in the case of RA, it causes the body’s immune system to attack itself. The study shows that achieving the optimum intake of Omega 3 oil to balance Omega 6 can have a significant impact on those who suffer from arthritis.

Of course, this study is no news to me as Omega 3 has been a crucial part of my plan that has already helped thousands of people to overcome arthritis without medications.

But usually it takes a little more than just popping a few fish-oil capsules to accomplish this goal. Here is the exact strategy I followed to overcome my own arthritis in less than 28 days…
