This Delicious Drink Protects Men from EDSince so many people of all ages drink this drink every day, researchers at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston thought that a study on the relationship between it and ED was long overdue.

After all, if this drink worsens or places men at risk of ED, this would affect between 80 and 90 percent of men worldwide.

But the results were different from what the researchers thought.

In fact, those consuming this drink were much less likely to suffer ED than non-drinkers.

The study, published in a 2015 edition of Plos One, concluded that men who consumed beverages with 85 to 170 milligrams of caffeine per day were 42 percent less likely to report ED than those who drank between zero and seven milligrams per day.

After 170 daily milligrams of caffeine, the effect tapers off a bit, with those who drank between 171 and 303 milligrams being 39 percent less likely to report ED compared to the abstainers or extremely low consumers.

They obtained their data from 3,724 men from age 20 upwards who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.

They found that this result held even for overweight people and for those with high blood pressure, two major contributors to ED.
