Scientists recently discovered three weird causes of high blood pressure. Unfortunately, these causes are already in effect in your life and there is nothing you can do about them.
But there is the fourth cause, and that one is more devastating than the other three combined. And the great news is that you can easily tackle that one and completely cure your high blood pressure.
Scientists studying what makes a person more likely to develop high blood pressure (HBP) wanted to look beyond the preventable lifestyle issues like diet and exercise.
In the study, they looked at health factors for more than 1,000 people born in the early 1970s.
What they found was that after adjusting for the lifestyle issues, there were some genetic trends that play a factor as well.
Traits that sufferers can’t control but that contribute:
– Being underweight at birth
– Being first born
– Being male
While none of these, (or even all of them) are a guarantee that a person will suffer from HBP as an adult, these traits can be used as a red flag for screening purposes, so a person can get to the serious business of controlling it.
And the truth is, those blood pressure factors we CAN control are much more destructive than those we can’t.
Chief among them, stress.
The biological stress of being overweight, environmental stress of pollution and noise, and emotional stress of work, moving, divorce, etc. all cause high blood pressure.
With so many assaults being launched at your body’s system to maintain equilibrium, it’s therefore important to know how to undo the damage safely and effectively. And wouldn’t it be great if it was also 100% natural and effective?
What exercises work miracles?
Well I know exactly what effect stress has on the body.
besides many factors that most of us are awared of, there is on in particular that is often ignored and I can assure you that this "lonely" one is quite damaging.
I am talking about the stress that is brought on by living alone. God did not create man and woman to live alone, a single life life style.
i have been divorced for the last 2 years and already I feel the stress that comes on when I have to ask myself questions and find by myself the answers.
Day to day living requires a multitude of decisions to be made,
for example: what is the best car to purchase, where can you find the best deals on various needed commodities.
We often have crucial decisions to reach concerning our health our life style our future and the stress is finding those answers all by ourself, and I find that is also a serious source of stres.
Man and woman were made to be a complement to each other , to uplift each other to be a source of ideas , and pleasure to each other, they should not be living one away from each other.
@Alain… I totally agree with you. I’ve been divorced right at 3 years now and know exactly the kind of decisions you mean. And while I didn’t wasn’t just anyone,I do want someone. It is very frustrating and in sure adds to my stress.
