There is a new trend going on to fire up neurons in your brain, boost brain activity, increase learning skills, and reverse memory loss.
Best of all, this simple technique only takes one minute and anyone can do it almost anywhere.
It’s called Super Brain Yoga and people all over the world are raving about it.
A study conducted by Dr Ramesh, MD, found that this simple exercise drastically increases brain activity, especially Alpha wave activity.
It’s been used for kids with Autism as well as people developing Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. But anyone can do it to boost his or her brain activity.
Since it only takes two minutes to learn and practice, why not try it out for yourself and see how you feel
afterwards?
Here is how the Super Brain Yoga goes:
1) Remove any jewelry, watches, or other things that may restrict you. Stand straight and look forward with legs shoulder-width apart.
2) Place the tip of your tongue at the roof of your mouth. You keep it this way throughout the following steps.
3) With your left hand, grab your right earlobe using your thumb and forefinger. The thumb should be in the front.
4) In a similar way, grab your left earlobe with your right hand using your thumb and forefinger. And again, your thumb should be in the front.
5) Lightly apply pressure to your earlobes between your forefingers and thumbs throughout the following steps.
6) Slowly sink to a squat, inhaling through your nose.
7) Once you’re all the way down (preferably knees at 90 degrees), stop for 3 seconds and hold your breath.
8) As you stand up, exhale through your mouth.
9) Repeat steps 6-8 seven to ten times maximum.
When you’re done, let your hands hang down and your tongue relax. Examine how you feel. You may be a little lightheaded. You may feel a rush of energy in your brain, or other sensations. This is the result of increased brain neural activity.
Thank you for the consistently high quality of your articles!
The auricular (ear acupuncture) points for the head are located on the earlobe, so applying pressure there with the fingers makes sense to stimulate the brain.
Will certainly put the ear lobe exercise to the test…since a family member is afflicted….
