Twenty-five minutes on 25% body exposure to sunlight every day should give you enough vitamin D. When your skin begins to take the first reddish tone, no more vitamin D is can be absorbed, so no use staying in the sun any longer.

3) Colorful fruits and vegetables – have the strongest antioxidant abilities, and are therefore anti-inflammatory as well.

Blueberries, cherries, grapes, pepper,s and many other fruits and vegetables are loaded with these secret weapons that fight inflammation. You should, therefore, load your dish to the top with these powerful foods.
