75% Men Improved Their ED Using This Easy ExerciseA new study gives great hope to men suffering ED. Using simple, easy exercises, 75% of study participants improved their erectile rigidity and strength.

Compare that to prescription medications that only help about 40% of those suffering ED. And they come with a long list of dangerous side effects.

In this small study, 30 men were taught and trained in doing so called “pelvic floor muscle exercises,” often referred to as KEGEL exercises. These exercises train the muscles around the genital areas, increasing strength and blood flow.

And the results were stunning. Within four weeks:

75% reported improvement in erection (25% greatly improved)
90% experienced stronger orgasm
40% better control over ejaculation
90% reported more confident and better sexual performance

What’s even better, the KEGEL exercises are extremely easy to learn and do. You can even do them while stopping at a red light or watching TV.

Here is how to do the KEGEL:

First you must locate the pelvic-floor-muscles. The easiest way to do this is the next time you need to urinate. In the middle of urination, force yourself to stop. The muscles you use to do this are the pelvic-floor-muscles. Repeat the forced urine stop a few times to identify the pelvic-floor-muscles clearly.

After you’re done urinating, try to squeeze the last drop out a few times. The muscles you use to do this are also the pelvic-floor-muscles.

Now you’re ready to do the KEGEL exercise:

1) Sit comfortably as you breathe in; tense the pelvic-floor-muscles (like you were to stop urinating).

2) Hold your breath and the tension for 3-5 seconds.

3) As you exhale, let go of the tension in the pelvic-floor-muscles

4) Relax for 3-5 seconds

5) Repeat from step 1 – 5 a few times

That’s all there is to it.

Now, the problem with the KEGEL exercises is that they were not designed to heal erectile dysfunction. So even if they help somewhat, they’re not going to be a complete cure for everyone.

Throughout the years, I’ve helped thousands of men completely overcome erectile dysfunction. The exercises I use are somewhat based on the traditional KEGEL exercises but developed to be much more effective.

In fact, according a survey among my readers, almost everyone reported GREAT results from doing the specific erectile dysfunction exercises. And they’re just as simple and easy as the KEGEL exercise above, just more effective.
