85% Of Type 2 Diabetics Drastically Benefit From This Natural ApproachI witnessed rows of interesting headlines lately. According to a new study, 15% – 20% of type 2 diabetics will NOT benefit from a particular natural approach because of their genes.

Hmm… that means that up to 85% can drastically benefit from this simple, free method. I don’t think any drug on the market has such a high percentage of people who benefit.

It’s always a question of the glass half empty or half full of medications, isn’t it?

According to a new research study completed at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute in Orlando, 15 – 20% of type 2 diabetics will not benefit from exercising.

To come to this conclusion, researchers studied data from several clinical trials testing the effects of working out on type 2 diabetics. They also considered research done on genetic markers of animals.

But what triggered the study in the first place, was an observation by several doctors. You see, some people with diabetes seem to improve their condition significantly by working out 30 minutes a day and losing 15 pounds. Whereas, others exercise two hours a day and lose 30 pounds without benefiting at all.

It’s in these few cases that genetically, they may be more desensitized from the positive effects of exercising.

There might also be other types of type 2 diabetes that scientists have not discovered yet. Although the majority, not everyone who develops T2D is overweight or out of shape. Sometimes people are even misdiagnosed as type 1 diabetics because they didn’t fit the profile of type 2. I’m sure discoveries to clarify will be coming in the near future.

However, in most of the few cases when exercise doesn’t help, I believe the people were not doing the workout that fit them personally. So if you’re working your butt off and don’t experience benefits in your insulin sensitivity, try changing how you work out.

If you are doing aerobic exercise, add some weight lifting. Long runs or walks not working? Switch over to short sprints. Shake things up and do different exercises every day, tricking your body from adjusting to just one type of exercise.

Some of the 15% not benefiting from weight training may also have failed to change their diet. No exercise is going to cure full-blown type 2 diabetes if you don’t (at least temporarily) change your diet.

You must have a firm, overall strategy if you want to cure type 2 diabetes. Without strategy, no war is won. And neither is a sports game or business venture. The same thing is true when battling disease.

When my mother collapsed on Christmas Eve, I began my lifelong research on type 2 diabetes. And as I learned new things, I urged my mother to try them out. But it wasn’t till we sat down together and structured a sound strategy that she began to improve. And after that, it didn’t’ take long till her doctor declared her diabetes-free.

Here is the exact 3-step strategy my mother used to overcome her type 2 diabetes. Use these same steps to heal yourself – starting today…
