Arthritis Pain Doubled With These Two Common Habits Strangely, having one of these common habits does arthritis sufferers no harm. Yes, pick one out of the two and you’re probably okay.

But do both, and your arthritis pain will quickly progress to an intolerant level.

The good news is that you only have to cut out one of those habits to make your arthritis pain much, much less…maybe even completely heal it.

Researchers from the University of Sweden were baffled with results from their arthritis study.

After recording the eating and smoking habits of 386 participants for 8 years, they found no connection between consuming high quantities of salt to progression of arthritis. Neither did there seem to be a connection between smoking and arthritis.

But, if a person smoked and also consumed lots of salt, their arthritis developed much faster and the inflammation was much worse.

In fact, there was a 54% higher risk of arthritis associated with smoking in combination with excess salt consumption, when combined to people who didn’t have the two habits combined.

The researchers believe it’s the sodium in salt that is responsible for inducing inflammation that cause the swelling and pain in those with rheumatoid arthritis. Sodium can induce inflammation in the blood vessels and worsen the symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis. But for some strange reason, this progress was multiplied by smoking.

So be cautious about consuming processed, packaged and canned foods. These foods typically have the highest sodium content. And remember it’s not about cutting down on salt completely. It’s about consuming moderate amounts of salt by making knowledgeable choices when it comes to food.

But even more important for overall health is to stop smoking.

The good news is that whether you like salt or not and even if you smoke, reversing arthritis doesn’t have to be that hard. Here is the exact system I used to reverse my arthritis…
