Despite endless side effects of blood pressure medications, in most cases, they fail to bring blood pressure down to a healthy level.
But now a new, absolutely free discovery has been made, that’s extremely enjoyable, and causes no side effects, and best of all…
Works to cure high blood pressure even after drugs have failed. All it takes is warm water!
Everybody enjoys a hot shower – it’s undoubtedly relaxing and refreshing. Not surprisingly, ‘hot aquarobics’ is what the doctor ordered for those who don’t respond well to medications.
In a study conducted recently, patients whose blood pressure remained high despite trying out three different medications had a better and more enjoyable treatment option!
They exercised three times a week in warm water heated to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius).
The researchers at Sao Paulo University in Brazil recruited 32 men and women for their study. All the participants had high blood pressure above 90/140 mm Hg. They were divided into 2 groups, and one group was assigned normal exercise routines while the other group was prescribed a ‘hot aquarobics’ treatment thrice a week. They continued taking medications throughout the study period.
It was almost like a miracle. In people whose blood pressure reading stubbornly refused to go down no matter how many pills they took, dropped when they did aquarobics in warm water! The research study shows that even very high blood pressure readings could be brought down with the help of this innovative treatment.
More interestingly, even three days after the treatment, the blood pressure readings still remained low.
It should be noted that water should be considerably warm to be effective. Water warmed to around 27 degrees Celsius was found to be less effective. It is believed that the heat of the water causes the blood vessels to expand lightly. This allows blood to flow more freely and brings down blood pressure.
This is yet another study that proves the importance of a natural exercise routine being helpful for treating blood pressure. It is therefore a good idea to work out at a warm swimming pool in your neighborhood twice or thrice a week to bring down your blood pressure.
This new information for reducing blood pressure using warm water is very helpful for those who have high blood pressure. The study conducted by Sao Paulo University in Brazil shows that this is a very effective method. This ‘hot aquarobics’ practice, along with the regular exercises will give a new life to the chronic blood pressure patients.
I just wanted to thank you for your tips on lowering my blood pressure, which was eating lots of dark colored fruit! I started eating blueberries on my cereal every morning. Then,I’ve been eating black grapes, too! And,I’ve had alittle watermelon, too! I’ve also been eating whole grain cereals, nuts, and,I’ve lowered my salt intake, too! I’ve been prescribed long-acting 80 mg.of Propranolol, once a day, from the usual dosage of 40 mg.of Propranolol that I was taking since I was 30 yrs.old for tremors, and anxiety. The blood pressure part is from my family genes! And,stress is the biggest problem that causes mine to get really high! Before I started eating the dark colored fruit,my blood pressure was at least 205/109! Now,after only eating the fruit for the past 3 weeks, its down to 140/90! (Keep in mind that I also have white coat syndrome, too!) So,I’m sure its lower than that at home when I’m relaxing! That reading was taken at the doctor’s today! So,thanks so much for helping me! Also,if you have any tips on how to reduce stress,I could use alot of help with that, too!!
For the lady with stress. Talk to God about everything. Cry if you need to, that’s why God gave us tears to release our emotions. Take long walks, swim at the YMCA or wherever once or twice a week. Go dancing or play music and dance at home. Act silly sometime. Read the Bible, attend church regularly, give your cares over to God and trust Him to handle them. Let go and let God! Know that God loves and cares for you so relax in His love.
Hi, I have had High Blood Pressure for the last 10 years, since I had a child at 40. I was taking two medications(now doctor took me off one because it wasnt working)….My Blood pressure numbers are still very high. 160/104 I exercise 5 times a week and I am on a water pill. I eat all organic products. I try to watch my salt intake (somedays are better than others) I have lost 30 pounds but need to loose another 30. I have tried dark chocolate(85%) 2 squares a day, beet root juice, blueberries, cinnamin, you name it I have tired it. I am now trying natural Bell Blood pressure capsules. I have even tried the Zona-Plus hand held device and it worked for 1 year and then stopped working dont know why. I am from Ottawa, Ontario Canada and pray they have something like this here. I am going to try all dark fruit also like dark grapes and blueberries, does anyone in this world have any other suggestions?
.
Thanking you a lot for the tips. Lowering blood pressure in a natural way is what I vote for.
supplement with vitamin D3 you live in the nothern extremes of the country very little sunshine expose yourself to the sun.
im going to try the warm water and watermelon treatment and see if it helps
Kim – I don’t know you of course so don’t take me wrong if I’m way off. But consistency is often the key. No one thing (like chocolate or blueberries) will lower your blood pressure enough and especially not immediately.
So try making a list of things you want to include in your diet most days. Like having dark chocolate every night, eating blueberries every day, beet juice etc. And then stick to it for a least a month.
Then make a list of all the things you need to take out. Number one should be any kind of processed food. Stick to it for at least a month.
You’ll of course not be able to follow your plan every single day. But if you do most days, gradually you’ll begin experiencing your blood pressure go down.
The blood pressure program from Blue Heron Health News was really what got my blood pressure under control. I still do one or two of the exercises on a daily basis. That would be my number one advise to you Lori for stress management.
Well amazing news, the natural power without chemical taking!!
This is wonderful and there is no side effect like drugs
This is a great information. I always loved the water and even though I haven’t checked my blood pressure levels after having a swim in a pool, I sure do always feel very relaxed after it.
And of course, the less stress, the lower blood pressure measurements. It makes sense and also as the research points out, the warm water expands the blood vessels allowing the blood to flow more free-also lowering blood pressure.
My advice to LORI : When you feel stressed, take a long, hot bath with some oils. You will have double benefits- lower your blood pressure and you’ll feel more relaxed.
I’m already on your email list and enjoy these informative articles.

This makes sense. A French study showed that cold weather increased blood pressure.
how come NOBODY came with this info up to now?
Its great news for many of us.
I understood ‘Hot-Tubs’ were bad…dangerous for high BP patients…is this not true? So does this mean that exercising in a hot tub..they don’t say what kind….walking? can be used in lieu of finding an adequately heated pool?
Lovell: According to this study moderate hot tubs are absolutely great for you. And I believe that’s true. It’s extremely relaxing to sit in the warm water. The study results didn’t reveal exactly what kind of exercises they used but they were probably pretty light walking and moving. Swimming is also great. But be aware of too hot water (especially if you’re not used to it). Moving around in maybe 42C hot tub could put strain on your system.

I followed the three exercises recommended to lower BP and was shocked how fast my BP came down. 30 points. However, when I got off medication for two days, BP shot back up.
The side effects from medication are debilitating to me (have tried every class).
I am continuing the exercises for stress relief and ultimately hope to get off meds. I follow all the food advice as well. The deep breathing exercises are terrific for relieving stress. My BP is normal for my age now but with a mild dosage of one med plus all the recommendations from Blue Heron for food.
