According to a recent article published in the journal Hypertension, the number one worldwide reason for a visiting a doctor is high blood pressure.
And the only resource most doctors feel they have is to put the patient on dangerous blood pressure drugs for life.
However, researchers from Canada discovered that a well known seed, found in all supermarkets and health food stores, lowers blood pressure more than 15 points.
This is more effective than most drugs – without any side effects.
A recent study conducted by Canadian researchers reveals that flaxseed effectively reduces blood pressure.
The study trial involved 110 individuals diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (plaque build-up in the arteries in the lower legs) and suffering high blood pressure.
Study participants were divided in two groups. One group was instructed to consume a variety of foods that also contained about 30 grams (about one ounce) of milled flaxseed.
The other group was given the same kinds of foods that didn’t contain any flaxseed.
After a six month long experiment, researchers discovered that in the flaxseed group the systolic blood pressure measurement (the top number) dropped by 15 points on average. And the diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) was lowered by 7 points.
There was no blood pressure reduction in the study group that consumed no flaxseed.
Researchers conclude that this is one of the most powerful dietary supplements ever studied.
Flaxseed has many other health benefits as well. It is loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, vitamins and powerful antioxidants. These nutrients are crucial to maintaining good cardiovascular health.
The great news is that flaxseed is quite inexpensive and can be found all over the world in most of the big supermarkets or health food stores.
You can use it in seed form, milled. In this way it can be added to cereals and shakes or sprinkled over salad. Flaxseed oil has also been proven extremely effective to tackle all kinds of inflammation conditions.

I have tried a mix of lemon juice + garlic + something
on one of my relative and in 20 mins reduced blood pressure
from 140/90 to 120/80 and kept on 110/70 after that.

Flax seed is also known as Linseed and is either brown or golden in colour. We soak ours overnight and all the good oils come out of the seeds and produce a thick glue type liquid that can be taken on its own or mixed with food such as Egg Omlette's which are also very good for high blood pressure as they contain loads of Amino Acids. It is also good to Zap regularly with a Dr Hulda Clark type Zapper as parasites and bacteria such as H.Pylori can inhabit the epithelial cell walls of the arterial walls and cause a build up of parasite loaded plaque. What is this “something” you mention that, along with lemon& garlic, lowers and normalizes blood pressure? Lemon Juice mixed with Garlic reduces blood pressure +( Something is vinegar that could be tested according to
patient (a few drops) ) You should consult your medical doctor before mixing vinegar to Lemon + Garlic mix
