Coriander, also known as cilantro, is a garden herb used abundantly in Spanish and Tex-Mex cuisine. It also is a powerful herb to halt the damaging inflammation process that causes arthritis.
Researchers at AIIMS found that coriander stops the release of chemicals that produce joint swelling.
The study, which was published in a number of scientific magazines, including the Indian Journal of Medical Research, showed that damaging inflammation was stopped in its tracks when subjects were exposed to properties in coriander.
Coriander is used in salads, salsas, and side dishes and is accompanied well with lime, teriyaki sauce, and other dishes.

no doubt corriander is a v good herb but as i have been listening to many people saying that corriander taken too much in food can cause impotency,i don’t know wether it is right but it’s a very old saying.Allah subhanahu wa t’aala(GOD) has put cures of all illnesses in the herbs only if we know.anyway thanks for your research and the updates may Allah give you all the success in your good work.
