This Tea Cuts Down on Bad Cholesterol

Drinking green tea or taking green tea extract supplements helps lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol, according to a paper published in this week’s Journal of the American Dietetic Association.

The scientists also note that green tea in beverage form is slightly more effective than in a capsule.
